Who we are
DCRE is a pioneering platform dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry. We are the proud hosts of the Diversity in Commercial Real Estate Conference, the largest event of its kind in the country, focusing on promoting diversity within the commercial real estate sector.
Launched in 2019, by Adeola Adejobi, the annual conference brings together industry leaders, professionals, and aspiring talent to network, share insights, and drive meaningful change in the field. Building on the success of our conference, we’ve launched an innovative job board as a natural extension of our mission.
